Withdraw from contract

Use this form to withdraw from a purchase — the licence or the setup service. You will see a receipt with the date and a reference straight away. You do not have to give a reason.

Whether money is paid back depends on your right of withdrawal: for the licence it ends when the key is delivered, if you asked for immediate delivery at checkout; for the setup service it lasts until the service has been carried out. We refund what is owed within 14 days, to the payment method you used. This form is separate from cancelling your subscription, which you can do at any time where you paid.
